He would simply not go to an attorney. They won't go in and rebreak the bone and reset it. They put the stimulator in his lower back. He's also fighting for workman's comp pay. Unfortunately a complete victim of the system. I would not consider any sort of electronic instrument until I exhausted possible remedys like nerve ablation.
