Hi I’m 19 years old (M) 5’10, my dad has shrunk as he is approaching his 50’s standing at borderline 5’10 when he used to be a strong 5’10 to 5’11 my mom is 5’4 I started puberty late at around 16 and have read men can grow until they are up to 22 years of age I’ve been a picky eater most of my life but as of the past year I have started to eat better, get more sleep, drink milk again. I haven’t tracked my growth closely but I haven’t grown a significant amount since late last year I would like to be a little taller reaching my uncle at 6 foot, does it sound like I’m still growing?
