It was in the high 40's before Covid. It dropped down to the low 30's. Even though this may be within normal range, it's not normal for me. It's best for females to shoot for a 50 for the D3 levels. A wonderful pharmacist told me this! Hugs & Prayers....

I’m so glad you brought this up. I’ve had hypothyroidism for years and years…. And Covid has messed me up. I’m gaining weight, my hair is falling out, face puffy— all my signs, yet the numbers aren’t showing it. I have been waiting for my moons to align with Jupiter so I can “ try again” with a blood test… WHEN I KNOW it’s off!!
I rarely test positive for anything— ever. My labs are always in normal range— but not normal for me. Thank you for the reminder: labs were created by man to fit hypothetical “normals”—-bodies are not built to lab specs! We each spring from our own unique…,Dealership… yikes! I got to get outta this analogy!!
