I had a thr on April 19th. The first couple of weeks were hard but looking back I really was improving every day! The key is patience and let your pain be your guide. I live in Michigan and the weather was cold and gloomy so I didn’t mind sitting inside reading and watching Netflix. It’s week #4 and I can do most everything. I can’t walk miles but I’m happy for how far I’ve come in 4 weeks!
