Personally speaking, I'd say extremely rare. However, it can happen. So far it has for my broth-in-law. He's been in remission for approx a year. You will get more help with your question on the PMR forum. Face book.

l just looked up the pmr forum on facebook, and it averages only 1 post a year, and the most recent post was in 2021. No point, in my opinion, to join. Maybe there is another one l haven't discovered yet?
