I have imaging appointment at Mayo on June 27 and with Neeraj Kumamoto, MD and with Patrick Flanigan, MD on the 28th. I am so excited and appreciate your putting in a word for me with Dr. Flanigan. Robin @rbcookson This may be the post you asked about about "convergence insufficiency" or double vision related to a cervical spine problem. Are you experiencing this? Did you have a spine injury?

You can ask that Dr. Fogelson reviews your application and your records when you talk to the intake coordinator. He does like the challenge of complex cases. He may send it to another surgeon with expertise in the specific issues.
Did the billing department did say they will accept your insurance at the Rochester Campus for sure? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
