People keep talking about "locking in gains". How does Reclast do that? Does that mean coating the bones so they do not lose ground?

@normahorn I have seen it described that way- "coating the bones." Recently I read that Reclast does a better job of that then orals. Reclast affects bone turnover, as you probably know, meaning it suppresses the osteoclasts that cause resorption. I am not sure how that "coats the bones"! Thanks for asking- a question for our docs!
