Fatigue every afternoon - How can I get more energy?

I think a midday nap helps keep us going, not overtired in the evening. Make sure you are eating enough protein, and get enough hydration. I just accept it and change my list of things to do. I have bookmarked the article. Very insightful. My husband has Parkinson’s and I’m sure this is how he feels. I went through nine months of treatment for triple negative breast cancer and I know that’s how I felt during that time. Thank you for sharing.
