Where I live, the Bone Maximizer III is sold at Natural Grocers. The company is MRM Nutrition. It is also available on Amazon. Here is a link, you might have to copy and paste it, otherwise just do a search on Amazon.

Again, at this time, I'm opting for no meds.

Reading the label of Bone Maximizer, there are a lot of nutrients plus 1000 mg of calcium. It’s my understanding that the body can only absorb so much calcium at one time. I split the 1200 mg, taking it 3 times a day. I also just looked up Bone Maximizer on Consumer Health Digest. You may want to research this product on this site and others to learn more before making the decision to buy.
