Long standing symptoms and nothing on CT scan: Does it happen often?

I am going to have EUS tomorrow as the (hopefully) last step to rule out PC as I have classic symptoms but all previous tests were inconclusive.
I am so scared. I also had a newly discovered, enlarging (liver lesion) seen by US, CT and MRI and I am scared it could be a secondary tumor.
I hope they find nothing sinister and that this nightmare ends soon. Don't really know what I will do if it turned out to be cancer.😭😭😭😭
