In terms of starting Tagrisso, I can offer that I did have early side effects that disappeared over time. For example, my blood sugar had consistently been between 97 and 102 for years. But a few weeks after starting Tagrisso, I had a glucose level of around 50. But only that once. I had a blood test the following week and that was back to normal.
