I have a syndrome called Fibromyalgia that cause muscle cramps pain as well as feelings of pin pricks anywhere on my skins and feeling of electrical impulses. I was first started on Elavil generic name-amitriptyline , then neurotin and now 75mg of Lyrica twice a day. I met some friends that told me they experienced the same but they were on 300 mg twice a day. Again,
we are all different on how we tolerate pain. I use CBD cream of at least 900 mg strength and above. No specific brand, just buy any CBD product and see if I get relief. Volteran helps as well and it is less expensive than CBD on an ounce price. I know what I have and I know what helps me. Hope it may help you and anyone else that reads what I have written.
I would look for alternatives. It caused permanent nerve damage after 10 years. Now I have a numb foot and fingers in the right hand. I stopped 20 mg of Simvastain. I did go on 5 mg of Rosuvastatin daily with niacin. The doctors want me to be 70 or below but I am not risking anymore neuropathy, so I am ok with 103. I recently had a CT-Coronary scan and got a score of 583. Reviewing where the plaque is has help determine my risk. In my case where is located is not so bad but enough worry to watch what I eat and take another test in 2 years to review how it has progressed.
It is a journey. Best of luck!
