I so appreciate everyone's encouraging imput, have done much research on physicians and the implant material, as suggested by all, and Frister, thanks for that mention of you being the #11 on the surgery schedule!! That was an eye opening for me to mention to the surgeon, as through this "decision making process", I have become bolder in conversations with physicians, I now feel more courage, thanks to everyone, and more knowledgeable, reading these comments everyday.
