@suemer I usually do naturel foods,herbs,teas to help me but last week couldn't sleep at night took 1last night slept all night Dr wants me to take 1in morning also I dont think Im going to do this @gailb on here had bad results takeing it I dont want this As a retired nurse I f something gives me a weird reaction I stop it .You have to be your on advocate as you know your on body better then the Dr. Once I get back to all night sleeping I,ll stop it.passing ths information to everyone for inflammation go to Trader Joe's and get ginger-Tumeric tea its great I use it when my inflammation rears its ugly head so please pass this on

I just take termeric caps. every day with my food ....I think they do help .....try it guys......Beryl
