You don't set them, I was talking about the WeatherX app, to 0.03.
That is the lowest setting which signals a change in the barometric pressure either rising, or falling. You can call the company directly, and they will help you out quite a bit too.

When you open the app, at the very top left hand corner, you will see where it says to set the threshold. Tap that, and there's like a little dial where you can select the reading.
