So...I got the ear plugs. The phone has been telling me to wear them every day now. I got a size regular but they keep popping out, so I am going to order another pair in size small. Will keep you posted. Thanks for all your help.

I have not figured out how to set them. You mentioned that you keep them on a low setting. I don't see where I have that option.

Hi cmg,

The app on the phone will be pretty active, with several alerts, as the barometric pressure changes a lot.

So sorry the regular ones aren't fitting properly! Hoping the size small will fit better!
