TUV might mean "trans-urethral vaporization". It's done to deal with enlarged prostates. Why it would be indicated after a radical prostatectomy with negative margins is a mystery to me. That deserves a question to your care team.

Sorry, my mistake, I meant to state TAV. My Urologist is out of the office for a short while and I was curious of the term. In relation to prostate cancer the only terms I have found are Tumor Associated Vasculature and Telomere Associated Variables. It is likely just some sort of imaging test if the post op PSA test still has detectable values.
