First less than .1 is good. Different labs use different methods. My first 2 PSA tests reported values of less than 0.1. My last test was .03 but the reference range of the test was shown with my result. The range was .03 to 4.0. So my PSA was as low as the sensitivity of the test I took. So it is very possible the sensitivity of the test you just took was 0.1 like the first 2 tests I took after my RALP.

Thinking about it now, as I said I have a new doctor and they probably ordered a regular PSA test which I believe only detects to less than .1

Every other ultra sensitive test that I have had read to 2 decimal places which was giving me readings of less than .01

Will be confirming with the doctor when I see her this Thursday as to which test they ordered.
