Chris, I don’t know of anything that helps. I just keep on keeping on. Walking and sunshine seems to help me. Of course you can’t always get out to walk or enjoy the sunshine.

When I lived in Minnesota, I always was able to feel weather changes coming, the pain was very clear. Now living in the deep south of Florida, I do not experience pain from weather changes, but changes in humidity seem to do the trick here.
