Hi @burlingtongirl I’m glad you finally got a diagnosis. I’m my case, Sjögren’s syndrome has been ruled out but I am going to bring this to their attention again just to confirm.

It’s so frustrating… every time I stop the prednisone the right side of my face swells up. I am desperate to find an answer and to get off the prednisone.

Hi Lisa! Have you check with your doctor for Lupus? My daughter has swelling face for many years, glands swelling and difficulty swallowing- but her doctors couldn’t figure out. However we researched also she had some other symptoms of Lupus beside the face swelling. She is on Cellcept now that helps the face, glands and swelling going down . She also had Lupus and Sjogren. I hope you check both these disorders to make sure.
