Pain And Changes In Weather...Am I Alone????

Good evening @kaca22. You have described the barometric pressure "attack" very well. I seem to be aware of changes before the weather folks mention it. And I am also wondering if there are some changes when the barometric pressure begins to go back up to 30.00 and above. In Minnesota, the storms are pretty strong and I struggle, especially when they last longer than a day or so. Do you know if anything helps? Medication? Beverage? Exercise?

Chris, I don’t know of anything that helps. I just keep on keeping on. Walking and sunshine seems to help me. Of course you can’t always get out to walk or enjoy the sunshine.
