Is there anyone out there that is considering or has been accepted to the COMPOSE PRRT Edotreotide Trial study?

@lu7

I had a CT Scan this week to assess tumor status after three infusions in the COMPOSE trial. The marker tumors are smaller. My labs look great and I will get my 4th infusion in two weeks. Just wanted to update those interested in PRRT. @ssf, have you entered the trial?

I’m so happy for you. Unfortunately I was not allowed in the trial, I was hoping for a shot. My Oncologist started me on CAPTEM and I just finished my first 14 day dosage. Will have an MRI here in the near future to gauge how I am doing. You sound great, keep us posted.

Hello @lu7,

It's been a while since you last posted. Have you completed the COMPOSE trial yet? I was wondering how the treatment is going and also how you are feeling.

Will you post an update when it's convenient for you?

Hello @ssf,

I see that you last posted about your CAPTEM treatment in May. How are you doing?

When it's convenient for you, will post an update?

Good Morning! I wanted to share an update related to PRRT and the COMPOSE Trial. I completed the treatment phase of 6 infusions of Lu177 in early September. I had my CT Scan this week. There was again, a small amount of tumor shrinkage from the last scan. But the comparison with pre-treatment scans was impressive. Since I was the first person on the trial, I will be so interested to hear if others had similar results. I tolerated the treatment extremely well and have a long awaited knee replacement scheduled next week!
