I found Lyrica removed most of my nuro pain. However I would take the smallest dose possible. I used 10 mg I believe. Lyrica caused me to get angry and had weird dreams so I got off it after the pain lessened. I take nothing now but nuropathy has gotten worse 8 years after chemo.

I take Lyrica 75mg 3times a day with no side effects. I would try it again.
