victoriaj, Yes. I have IBS-C. The brand name is Bentyl for Dicyclomine and it helps tremendously for cramping (spastic colon). I couldn't have made it last year without it. I no longer am having to take it every day....just once in a while. I also am taking a powerful probiotic called Mega Sporebiotic by Microbiome. I had to start out slow....half a capsule. My IBS got worse with Covid when I was on a lot of antibiotic/steroids for double pneumonia & asthmatic bronchitis. I think it effected my gut.
