Appreciate the feedback. Research did show B12 can be a cause of neuropathy, fortunately for me it is good, but will look into magnesium glycinate.

There is so much conflicting info out there, it's really hard to know what to believe. My Neurologist said B6 can cause or exacerbate neuropathy & to stop taking it, but to continue B12, which supposedly helps PN.

What dosage of Gabapentin do you take? I'm at 2100mg per day & still have pain in my feet & lower calves, especially at night. I forgot to take my PM dose a few days ago & the pain was excruciating, so I think it helps to some degree. I also developed tinnitus a few months ago, due to a slight hearing loss in my left ear. Dealing with the constant hissing is fun too, isn't it? As to your original question, I've never had Covid or the shot. Eric Clapton had the vax & it caused him so many problems, he couldn't play guitar for months. That's what convinced me to avoid the vax.

think you meant to say: B6 can cause neuropathy, not B12!
