I take the major B vitamins separately over a B- complex multiple as the levels are much closer to recommended B vitamin levels. Do some research on recommended levels for your condition and I think you’ll find they’re much higher than a B-complex - especially B-12.

Appreciate the feedback. Research did show B12 can be a cause of neuropathy, fortunately for me it is good, but will look into magnesium glycinate.
