Thanks. You are right about the meds. I have been on lexipro for over 12 years with propranolol. The meds need to be changed and I have an appointment in June to check out the situation. I wonder if others find meds work for awhile and then they seem to stop working and you have to change meds?

I was talking about meditation not medication. You know take a moment for yourself and do some breathing exercises.

@stsopoci Bonehead, sometimes our medications do indeed seem to change the way they act for us. Sometimes we have several we take, or supplements, and we change one thing but it affects something else we also take. I have had that happen! and sometimes our bodies get used to a particular medication and it is not as effective anymore.

Do you think this might be the case?
