I am not a professional but I can speak from my experience. I recently started meditation and it really helped me to stabalize my life. You should try it. I use an app called medito that guides me through the sessions and it's amazing. And when you have a conversation with someone just focus on the positive part and deliberatly ignore what can bother you. You're not doing it for other but for your own well being.
