Covid infection October 2021.
Extreme fatigue after light workout at Nautilus gym;ie, 15 minutes on stationary bike and a couple of arm machines leaves me exhausted for several or more days.
Eyes are so sensitive to light I have to stay indoors on sunny days and can only read for a few minutes because of the reflection of light off pages.
Help!
Doctors offer no solutions.
I am 85 years old and use to workout several times a week and read for hours.

I am long hauler, since Dec. 2020.
Sloooowly increasing activity, with set backs and migraines. Pacing is everything!
For lights, I use dark lens sunglasses seem to help. As far as reading, now I listen to audiobooks, a beautiful thing! Enjoy the story telling.

I understand. And then some days I’m fine. I think it’s improving little by little. You. ?

When exercising in the gym, if I overdo it, there comes a point where suddenly I start to feel weak and a bit ill. If I exercise but stop immediately when that point is reached, I do not have a strength setback. So, even though I want to regain lost muscle quickly with heavier weights, I am not doing that. I am slowly increasing weight, but never going for muscle failure. This help me from relapsing where I have no strength to exercise. So, although I look way out of shape and want to jump into exercise to reverse things, the fastest way is through very gradual increases of exercise weights and time worked out.
