Thanks for the update! It’s great that he was seen at Mayo.
It may be a good idea to follow up with Mayo at some point. You should still try to find another good allergy/immunology specialist locally.
Is your son able to do any swimming now or any other physical activity?
Has he been swimming in school or on a private team?

Yes, Mayo was great. Very helpful. Out plan was initially to give Xolair 6 months and then f/u with Mayo again.
Luckily he has been swimming still. He swims year round between club and school team. The POTS doc is very adamant that he continues with this, otherwise he would be way worse than he is. His times have seen a steady decrease in the past 2 years. It is quite devastating for him for him to add time like he has been. And we aren't talking a second or two. Like adding 14 seconds to a 100. It is heartbreaking actually. I am really hoping that Xolair helps.
