God Bless You. I had a bad case of Covid last August with double pneumonia and ashtmatic bronchitis and ended up in the ER. I too felt better on steroids. I had shortness of breath and fatigue for about 2 months. The shortness of breath made me feel anxious too. I would lie down when I got that way, use my proair inhaler for asthma. I had to let some things go for a while. My heart rate stayed in the 130's for about 2 months as well and then came back down into the 60's. I got a echo/stress test done to make sure I did not have heart damage and my heart was fine. Rest is healing with Covid and it's frustrating I know. It just takes time. Prayers going up right now.

P.S. I had chest tightness as well for about 2 months.

Thank you so much for your response. I’m so glad you are doing better and on the to road to recovery. It’s so comforting to know there are people out there who share our experiences. Thank you thank you. God Bless you too.
I’ve gone to ER several times during this current covid because I was so afraid. I’m a senior citizen at 67 and live alone. So it doesn’t make it any easier. I have family close by who are very supportive but none who I can relate too concerning our situations.
A lot I think is that I over think what’s happening to me and stress over that and I know that never helps. Are you the same way ? And if so how do you address that feeling of anxiety
Thank you so much
