baxtersmom hi, a good sense of humor is a must in life. I love horror shows. Husband and I, 4 pets lay in bed watching Nexflix. Gets my mind off of my spine pain. Clonidine is injected into my Pain Pump. My home means a lot to me. It become hard to keep it the same as I used to. I understand what you mean. Have a good rest of the day.

As Gail mentioned it sounds like you shouldn't be alone right now. You may not be thinking clearly because of your pain and meds and allergic reaction!!!!! The swelling of tongue and breathing issues worries me. I have a grandson with a p-nut allergy and his symptoms sound similar to what you are experiencing. Going to the ER is stressful and often the wait time is hours (I know I just was dealing with BP spite last Thursday and went to the ER at midnight). Often we have to tell the ER doc, who is not a specialist in our health issues what to do! Point is something is very wrong with way you are feeling and your tongue swelling and breathing issues is nothing to wait around all alone! Could you just call 911 and tell them of your concerns and have them check back in with you every 5 minutes until your husband is home if you don't want to call an ambulance. Have you ever been prescribed an epipen?
