@pizon I too gave birth to two large children and with the first delivery, my anal sphincter got very torn. I have been told by the urogynecologist whom I now go to, that contributed to my problems. There is a non-surgical treatment that she does not do but she told me about a different doctor who does it. I have not yet looked into that, but plan to.
