Hi Contentandwell, I just remembered another food that helps slow things down when you are moving too well. Greek yogurt was one of my favorite foods to add to cereals and homemade salad dressing to get more protein. I had to quit using it though, because it stopped me up so bad. I just use regular yogurt now very carefully. Hope this helps!

@coralbells1 Thanks for that reminder. I do eat Greek yogurt, generally the no-fat, unflavored that I add some fruit to, and a bit of low carb granola. It's a fairly hearty breakfast. I knew it was healthy but I don't think I realized it had that benefit, but now that I think of it isn't that true of all pre-biotics?
I am still trying to figure out which foods make matters worse. I know it is a problem that is due to the immunosuppressants because that is when it began, but it is exacerbated by certain foods. Right now, the most likely culprit seems to be the berries (strawberries and blueberries) that I have been adding to my Greek yogurt and my oatmeal. So much for eating healthy!
Thanks again.
