I have not heard of the super path approach. I had a right THR in January with the anterior approach. I still have aching in my thigh- mostly at night. I just completed physical therapy. My PT said my movement is back to normal. Now I am doing home exercises to work on strength. I will definitely investigate the super path approach. At 6 weeks post op I was nowhere near normal. I did develop post op anemia so that may have contributed.
