Good evening @ess77, thank you for the mention. I have also been thinking about you lately as folks who are new wonder how this Connect forum works. I am so glad your medical cannabis is working for you. Mine is also. In fact, today I was having a rough time. We are expecting my daughter and granddaughters next weekend so today I did some big-time shopping.

Of course, by the time I got home, my SFN was alive and well. So I went outside my usual routine and had a 1:1 dosage. Now look....it is 1 a.m. and I am awake, pretty pain-free and "working". A little off-kilter but still human and productive.

May you have joy and find love.
Chris

I appreciate people who are sharing their experiences with cannabis--especially the specifics of how many mgs are effective. My physiatrist suggests that I just keep experimenting--my goals is to not get high but have the pain go into the background. I've been doing 2.5 mg of THC--often a 1:1 ratio with CBD and keep thinking I need to quit cutting that 5 mg gummy in half and move up in mgs. It seems different brands certainly work differently. Thanks for all the input here! Rebecca
