I take Lexapro, Lamictal, Abilify, yet have Problem Taking Showers

That's the issue. It just seems like such a huge effort for me. Most things are a big effort for me and I have to push so much that it's easier not to do these things or put them off.

I'm in the same boat. I wash the areas that need to be washed, but only shower about once a week. It's hard to get motivated to do anything.
I go for counseling and am on duloxatine and buproprion, but nothing seems to help.
