See two answers above by me. It is PEMF or pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. They claim that the particular frequencies increase blood circulation and cite published research that claims it does that. They have a dramatic video that shows the before and after of circulation in someone using it. I would assume that increased circulation in the hands and feet would stimulate healing of the nerves or at least slow down further degeneration. However, the Bemer people do not make specific claims about neuropathy. I was only relaying my experience. I still have realtively mild neuropathy at this point with occasional shooting pains and this seems to be improving, but can't say whether my experience will be the same for others. You can read about the Bemer all over google and Youtube. I'm searching for answers on how to stop it from progressing to the very difficult stage that many on this site are describing. I'm HOPING that the Bemer is helping.
