Hi when u went of Effexor did u experience any serious withdrawal effects afterwards. i weaned myself down to 3.5 mg it went pretty smooth or at least the symptoms were tolerable, but then when i went off for good for 2 weeks i felt ok then things really turned for the worse for about 7 weeks now i feel terrible, just very depressed no appetite and no motivation, just wondering if there is light at the end of the tunnel? or if u felt this way? I'm switching to a nutrition route for trying to get over my original depression, all true out the tapering it was fine but now things are pretty rough for me...
