Is this RLS (restless leg syndrome)?

I am so sorry for anyone who has RLS, and/or PILM. I have found that 2000 mgs of Vitamin D mostly controls the RLS. And meds such as Ambien and Benedryl are triggers for RLS and PILM. When the Vitamin D doesn't keep the issue controlled, I take 100 mgs of Gabapentin which seems to have no side effects for me but does handle the issues allowing me to sleep.

My Mom had both issues as well. It would start in the evening when she was watching TV. She would stand behind her chair to get relief. I wish I knew then what I know now about how awful this syndrome is.

Is it 2000 mg or 2000 I U that work for you? Big Difference , thx! I have a horrible problem with crazy nerves in my feet, and it keeps me awake at least three or four nights a week, especially after I’ve been very active. Thanks!
