All they ever do for my sons check up is check muscle strength, look at his eye movement and look at how his hands tremor. I even have to beg for a blood test since I know he forgets some of his doses I want to see valproic acid level. I hope you will have them check vitamin D and B levels. His pediatric Neuro gave him L-Carnitine supplement since dep is hard in liver… he wouldn’t take it. 🤦‍♀️ best of luck, plz let me know how it goes
