Carvedilol & antidepressant

This question is about carvedilol. I have been taking this med for about 6 years. I had a heart attack back then and was put on carvedilol along with brilinta because I am allergic to aspirin. I felt fine. About 2 years I had more blockages and now I have 9 stents. I feel awful, so weak, diarrhea, and I am lightheaded all the time and very off balance. I think it is the carvedilol, but none of my doctors seem to care about what I am saying, they keep telling me it is the best med out there for my heart and blood pressure. I also take insulin, protonix, furosemide and Lipitor. I am worried about what else has been happening to me, the bottom part of my blood pressure is staying at 58, and that is without the carvedilol? Thanks for listening.

You are taking quite a few medications and it might be helpful to request a medication reconciliation with your pharmacist. They can review all your meds and may suggest possible causes for your symptoms. See this related discussion:

@loveitaly, how long have you been on Carvedilol? Have you discussed potential drug interactions with your pharmacist?
