Feeling strong dizziness all of a sudden

Hi Everybody,
Giving you an update on my dizziness. Thankfully, I am better 🙂 Today I have been to my epileptologist and after examining me he told me that the dizziness I have been feeling is due to Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), which means that stones/crystals in my labyrinth became dislodged. He did some maneuvers to try to reposition them and gave me some very simple exercises to do daily.
So, in case of similar dizziness check if it is not BPPV with your doctor.

It sounds like an aura - I get light headed and feel like I'm going to faint. I usually lie down and wait for it to pass. It's usually a sign that a seizure will happen. My neuro told me to take an extra med if this happens. I have these when I'm lyingt down which is really weird but I have nocturnal seizure.
