Sorry, not at home to look. It is at the tap in my house, underneath the sink, with filters changed per instruction every 2 month. The prefilter is 1.0 micron, the second .2 micron. That is all the precaution I take as far as water, other than to bring my own or drink bottled spring water when out.
I may have less concern because my water tested negative 3 years ago, it comes from at deep well, my water heaters are set at 135F, and I have methylobacter (??) mold that occasionally appears, which Dr. Falkinham says indicates absence of NTM.
This works for me, I have been off antibiotic therapy for over 3 years without a relapse. I rely on airway clearance, 7% saline, healthy diet, reasonable precautions and exercise to keep me safe.
In my 70's I am too busy jamming all I can into my life to spend my time boiling water or dealing with paraphenalia.
Other people may choose to follow a more cautious routine, especially if very ill or frail, but my body tells me clearly what I can and cannot do.
As you read here and elsewhere, evaluate your own situation and you will find a path that works for you.
