Again thanks for the reply, I did have the PSMA/CT scan. I had it in August, it showed a little bit here and there. Now the MRI/CT scans are clear, I asked about another PSMA scan. The RAD doc said it would show anything, sine my PSA is so low. It can't be measured. I'd like to stay on ADT until there is something that will show up. So he will know what to hit. RAD therapy is nothing to take lightly, the low fiber diet and the weeks of sessions on a hit and miss approach. Not worth it for me right now.

@philipbrachko No red flags there, Phil; your cancer is still alive and well, just tamped down by the ADT for now.
You don’t want to stay on ADT too long because you run the risk of becoming castrate resistant; that puts you in a whole other ballpark, OK?
Your RO is probably suggesting IMRT to the prostate and pelvic lymph nodes ( DO NOT OMIT THEM!!!). This will deliver a killing blow to the already weakened cancer cells and hopefully destroy them. Not doing radiation is leaving the job only half done - and worse, setting you up for a more resistant strain of cancer. Best,
