I apologize as I did mean to imply that you were imagining things, but rather that professionals can have an attitude that they know what they’re doing and therefore if there’s an issue it lies with us as laymen using the equipment.

No need to apologize, I knew your meaning. With this problem, I am finding that they are taking their good old time getting back to me which is aggravating also. Phonak has said that someone here has hooked on to my hearing aid with their bluetooth and it is not the T coil, so there is half the solution. Now getting them to find out the short range hijacker is next.
