Just this office. I'm sure I have it as the feeling in my hands and feet are definitely diminished, but I am planning to now go to a neurologist. But everything on these sites seems to indicate that even if you're diagnosed, they essentially have nothing to offer other than drugs for the pain. Is that true?

I don't have any medical background or training but I agree that they normally just offer seizure medications like Gabapentin to help with the neuropathic pain. Before I was diagnosed, my PCP gave me an RX of Gabapentin which I took for a few days and stopped because it did nothing and then when I had a follow up appointment my PCP counseled with her doctor team and told me Gabapentin doesn't help unless you have pain which I don't.
