Has anyone had the PMSA PET/CT Pylarify scan?
I had a rising PSA (up to 5.7) which lead to MRi which showed a RAD 4 and a RAD 3, subsequent trans perrineal biopsy came back negative on all cores except one showed a PIN. Dr said do another biopsy in 3-6 months. After biopsy PSA jumped to 9.9 but has since settled to 4.35. Not a big fan of another biopsy I was able to get a PMSA PET/CT Pylarify scan which came back positive . Report reads: multiple foci of mildly increased tracer uptake in the prostate gland. Left posterior mid gland with a max SUV of 5.4, Right posterior mid gland woth a max SUV of 5.8 and diffuse uptake along the left side of the prsoitate gland with intense focus in the anterior apiocal portion with a max SUV of 3.3. If you have had the PMSA scan what were your SUV numbers and what was your biopsy results, what was the correlation between say the SUV and your Gleason Score of RAD? Thanks, trying to figure out the report

Dealing with a re-occurrance at this point. However my original PSA was 30 and had 12 cores analyzed. All cores had Gleason scores of mostly 8's, one 9 and all others 7's.
After 4 years my psa had a huge rapid rise from .11 to 2.8 in a 6 month duration. So doubling time was very short. Urologist sent me for a PSMA PET scan. Scan showed iliac common lymph showed presence of metastatic PC. One node showed an SUV of 87.8.
