One thing stuck out in the original poster i can relate to and havent seen anybody mention it is where you said you feel like being pulled to one side.
When i stand up and take that first step sometimes i lose balance for a second and its always to the left like something is pulling that way.

Hi @da69. Ive had post covid over a year and over last few months feel pulling to right side and now use trekking poles to walk short distances I can🙃 Hope others going thru this can respond to bring light to it as not typical vertigo, dizziness, etc. Healing to all🌈
