I got Covid over Christmas. Tested positive for over 2 weeks, my second week I developed severe vertigo and couldn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. Over the past few months since then I have had bouts of vertigo that have increased in duration and severity to the point where I am now experiencing it near daily. My insurance won’t approve tests or PT so I have been taking meclizine daily which makes the fatigue almost untenable.
Not helpful, I know, but I feel better knowing it’s not just me. I really hope you find a working solution. Vertigo is awful.

You can look on You Tube and get videos of how to perform the epley maneuver and other maneuvers on yourself at home for benign positional vertigo (bppv). It might help. My PT for vertigo has largely been learning the maneuvers from the PT and then repeating them at home.
